Arithmetic operands may be Float, Int, int, or float; results are always Float. int(a) truncates toward zero, matching native float behavior. bool operands are rejected on both sides of every arithmetic/comparison operator (returns NotImplemented), keeping Bool a distinct type. <=, >, and >= are derived from ==/< via functools.total_ordering.
